I was born on the 5th of March 1978 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire England. I lived and was raised in a little place called Maltby. I held my first golf club when I was five years old.I started my professional career at Rotherham golf club when I got offered the job as the assistant professional to the head pro when I was nearly 17, I accepted and I started the PGA training in 1995. I was fully qualified as a professional in 1999 and at the age of 20 I think I was one of the youngest to complete the British PGA training at the time. More..

• Winner PGA Twente Cup twice 2005 & 2007.
• Winner PGA Strokeplay Championship 2004 & 2005.
• Winner PGA National Matchplay Championship 2005.
• Winner of the PGA Holland order of merit 2005.
• 2nd place in the British PGA Championship 2005.
• 2nd place in the National Open 2005.
• I have represented Holland on 3 occasions in the European &
  International Championships in Spain. 2004, 2005 & 2007.
• Perhaps my most proud moment in golf was when I represented Great Britain & Ireland “VS” USA in the PGA Cup match of 2005, we won for the first time in 21 years!
